Rug Care Directory Terms of Use

Welcome to RugCare Directory, operated by Modern Yellow, LLC. (“Modern Yellow,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By accessing or using RugCare Directory (the “Directory” or “Site”), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site. 

1. Purpose of the Directory

RugCare Directory helps users locate professional rug care services across the United States. Listings are provided for informational purposes only. Modern Yellow does not endorse or guarantee any business, product, or service listed on the Site.

2. No Endorsement or Warranty

Modern Yellow does not verify, monitor, or guarantee the quality, safety, licensing, insurance status, or reliability of any listed business. Inclusion in the Directory is not an endorsement or recommendation. Users are responsible for conducting their own due diligence before hiring any listed company. Any dispute between a user and a listed business must be resolved by those parties.

3. Eligibility for Listings

  • Listings are intended for professional rug care providers.
  • Businesses must have a dedicated rug care page or section on their website.
  • General carpet cleaning or restoration companies that do not offer dedicated rug care do not qualify.
  • We may review, approve, reject, edit, or remove any listing at our discretion, including in cases of potential conflicts of interest with Modern Yellow or our clients.

4. Business Contact Information and Marketing

By submitting a listing, you allow Modern Yellow to contact you using the information provided. Communications may include messages about your listing, related rug industry products or services, and promotional offers from Modern Yellow or select third-party partners. You can unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time.

5. Accuracy of Information

Businesses are responsible for the accuracy and timeliness of their listing information. Modern Yellow is not responsible for errors, omissions, or outdated content in any listing.

6. Acceptable Use

  • Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.
  • Do not submit false, misleading, or infringing content.
  • Do not scrape, copy, or harvest Directory content for commercial reuse without written permission.
  • Do not interfere with Site security or normal operation.

7. Ownership and Intellectual Property

The Directory’s text, design, and layout are the property of Modern Yellow. Business names, trademarks, and logos remain the property of their respective owners. Do not reproduce Site content without written permission.

8. Modifications and Availability

We may modify, suspend, or remove any listing or feature at any time. We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Site after changes take effect means you accept the updated Terms.

9. Disclaimers

The Site and all content are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Yellow disclaims all warranties, whether express or implied, including warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Modern Yellow and its owners, employees, and affiliates are not liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunities, arising out of or related to your use of the Site or reliance on any listing.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Modern Yellow from any claims, damages, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of or related to your use of the Site, your content, or your violation of these Terms.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Nebraska, without regard to conflict of law rules. Venue for any dispute lies in state or federal courts located in Nebraska.
