We have over thirty years of experience in the rug cleaning industry. We do all repairs by hand and wash all area rugs at our location. Our full immersion traditional rug washing process is the only way to ensure that a rug is thoroughly cleaned. Our meticulous 5-step process includes an initial pre-inspection. We examine each rug for stains, damage, and other existing or potential problems to determine the best cleaning method and recommend repair or restoration options if needed.

We customize each cleaning process based on each rug. Depending on your rug's type and condition, our cleaning process may include a thorough dusting followed by a customized washing. Rugs are flushed with water removing all remaining traces of soil. Finally, all water is extracted, and rugs are air-dried. Once fully dry, each rug is re-examined, brushed, and groomed.
