After a through inspection process we use a combination of three dry soil removal methods to release embedded dirt ,then we wash using cleaning agents designed for wool rugs, our rinse process is gentle on the rug releasing the remaining soil, when the time for extraction of water comes we employ a method that pulls the water any oily soils through the rug , then we can finish with a softening agent to give the rug a great hand feel. After the rug has been dried, we again employ a dry soil removal technique to give the rug an exceptional clean. We also do repairs on all rugs.
